Our services require the immediate provisioning, configuration, and reservation of technical infrastructure upon purchase. This includes system capacity, email infrastructure, domains, inboxes, and operational resources, all of which incur non-recoverable costs at the time of activation.
Due to the nature of this infrastructure allocation, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges for any products or services once a purchase has been completed.
No refunds or credits will be issued for partial usage, early cancellation, failure to cancel prior to renewal, lack of results, or customer dissatisfaction.
Cancellation prevents future billing only. The subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, and no refunds or credits will be issued for unused time.
