Our services require the immediate provisioning, configuration, and reservation of technical infrastructure upon purchase. This includes system capacity, email infrastructure, domains, inboxes, and operational resources, all of which incur non-recoverable costs at the time of activation.
Due to the nature of this infrastructure allocation, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Some services may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, in compliance with European consumer protection regulations.
Refunds are generally not available for partial usage, early cancellation, or failure to cancel prior to renewal. For special circumstances, please contact support.
Cancellation prevents future billing only. The subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
