1. Acceptance of terms

By using Torvad services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service description

Torvad provides digital services including secure email, VPN, and DNS resolution. All services are accessed through a single account.

3. Account

Your account is identified by a generated 16-digit number. You are responsible for keeping this number secure. If you lose your account number, contact the support team.

4. Payment and billing

Services are prepaid. You purchase time in advance, and your account remains active until the purchased time expires. We offer multiple payment methods: debit/credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal.

Some payments are final and some of them are refundable.

5. Acceptable use

Torvad does not permit the use of its services for fraud, phishing, money laundering, sanctions evasion, cybercrime, illegal content distribution, or other unlawful activities.

You agree not to use Torvad services for:

• Fraud, phishing, or identity theft
• Money laundering or sanctions evasion
• Distribution of child sexual abuse material or other illegal content
• Sending spam or bulk unsolicited messages
• Launching attacks against other systems (DDoS, hacking, etc.)
• Any activity that directly endangers the physical safety of others
• Any other activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to terminate accounts engaged in these activities without refund. Torvad cooperates with law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

6. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

7. Privacy

Our handling of data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

8. Limitation of liability

Torvad services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the current billing period.

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, any remaining prepaid time is forfeited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Torvad operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
