Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Torvad services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service description

Torvad provides anonymous digital services including secure email, VPN, and uncensored DNS resolution. All services are accessed through a single anonymous account identified by a 16-digit number.

3. Account

Your account is identified solely by a randomly generated 16-digit number. You are responsible for keeping this number secure. Torvad cannot recover lost account numbers. If you lose your account number, you lose access to your account and any remaining paid time.

4. Payment and billing

Services are prepaid. You purchase time in advance, and your account remains active until the purchased time expires. We offer multiple payment methods including cash, cryptocurrency, debit/credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal.

All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Torvad services for:

• Distribution of child sexual abuse material
• Sending spam or bulk unsolicited messages
• Launching attacks against other systems (DDoS, hacking, etc.)
• Any activity that directly endangers the physical safety of others

We reserve the right to terminate accounts engaged in these activities without refund.

6. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

7. Privacy

Our handling of data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

8. Limitation of liability

Torvad services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the current billing period.

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, any remaining prepaid time is forfeited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Torvad operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
